When the word service comes to mind, our family believes that service isn’t what you do but how you do it. Every person in our office has been hand picked to work as a team player. When we created our firm we looked at many individuals to join our family. Many of these individuals had great educations and experience in the financial industry which is definitely a prerequisite, however, what we look at more than anything else, is the character of that person. Without everyone on your team having character the word service would be without substance. As the saying goes "A chain is only as strong as the weakest link."
